I Have Made Sonograph On My Both Kidneys And Doctor

i have made sonograph on my both kidneys and doctor reveal a multiplefoci in both kidneys the largest one about 4mm in diammeter on the right kidney and also reveal hypoechoic lesion about 5mm in prostate and prostate was enlarged measuring 5.3*4.5*4.1 cm giving volume of about 52.5gm . iam a male aged 46 years and type 2 debitis since 5years ifell low back pain no burning during urination no blood with normal colour please what that mean?
