I Have Medullary Spongey Kidneys And Have Had Lypotepsy Two

i have medullary spongey kidneys and have had lypotepsy two times and constant kidney infections,kidneys have calcium deposits on them.pain always in my back and at times brown urine iam 41 my 1st time was in 1998 and ongoing im always in pain.what is my risk for kidney failure? i have stones again and waiting for tests to be done again. is this something i will deal with the rest of my life?
