I Have Morning Rash On My Upper Thigh And Button

i have morning rash on my upper thigh and button every morning, or almost every morning. The roof of my mouth is kind of yellow, was wondering if they could be related. thought maybe my liver. what do you thing?
i do not eat any junk food at all and am kind of a fanatic of healthy eating. trying to eat that which is best, could i be deficient in anything?
