I Have Multiple Smallfollicles In Both The Ovaries, Day 9

i have multiple smallfollicles in both the ovaries, day 9 largest one seen is 9 to 10mm , day 13 is 10 to 11mm . Had taken clomid 50mg one daily from day 3 to 7.
suggest further treatment for pregnancy in this month, any medication to help the size increase?
