I Have Muscle Pain In My Lower Back, In Between

i have muscle pain in my lower back, in between my shoulder blades, and under my shoulder blades. ive lived with it for about 2.5 year and i dont really remember what "no pain" feels like. ive been prescribed Tylenol 3, somas, and NSAIDs. im a little worrisome when it comes to doctors, because somas work the best out of anything ive tried and im afraid doctors will think im just seeking drugs.
