I Have My Left Testies Swallon On The Top Where

i have my left testies swallon on the top where the connecting tube starts from the testies..had done CT scan.. found small bubble type features developed.. doctor said nothing except to take some medicine for 6 month I guess.. I stopped taking further bcoz they were expensive.. no pains as of now.. its still the same.. I am apprehensive of a cancer.. I get exhausted when I walk or stand more than hours.. sometimes when I jump my left leg makes me feel different cant say whether it is a pain or like something is moving all along.. sir what do u predict?
