I Have Not Been Able To Get Over My Moms

i have not been able to get over my moms death she died 08/28/03 five days after my 17th birthday . Im 28
and will 29 in 15 days. i feel alot im up and down with my feelings and it usually gets worse during the month of august. i dont know how to let go . can you help
