i have not had a menstrual cycle since jan this year and been tested for pregnancy and no answer for why it completely stopped. I have also began to have sweet attaches and gaining weight. I am a 47 year old woman. I have stomach and abdominal swelling a lot. Dr. just ran a abdominal and pelvis scan yesterday. What could be wrong
