I Have Oa From The Neck Down Along With Fibromyalgia

i have oa from the neck down along with fibromyalgia syacia and am on melixacam and gabapentin but they seem not to be working the only thing that did was 1500 mgs of vicadine and 30 mgs of morphine but the drs act like i'm crazy how can i get them to listen to me?
