I Have On Going Lower Abdomal Pain, Lower Right Area.

i have on going lower abdomal pain, lower right area. no fever. my cat scan turned out ok. i've had this pain for 2 weeks and seems to get worse. i also suffer from lower back pain but i've has that problem for years.
what could the pain be beside my back?
