I Have Only 2front Upper Teeth But The Lower Teeth

i have only 2front upper teeth but the lower teeth only1 tooth that is turning black inside the tooth which has a hole in it the rest of the bottomn teeth are there except this one that is turning black the last of my 2 upper teeth have holes in them have holes in them also turning black pretty sure they need be extracted have infections in them cause they are give me pain bad
