I Have Pain Comming From My LH Knee Which Has
i have pain comming from my LH knee which has arthuritis .......
I am using Ibuprofen 400 mg every 4 hours started at 12.00 am today, but the pain is very bad at the moment.
Is this the Ok and is there something else which will ease the pain overnight as I will not be ableto sleep ?
I am a chinese female 68 yrs and generally in good health apart from my knee which started this year in September 2015. I am 5' 5" and 48 kgs.
