I Have Pain In My Left Rib Cage. One Place

i have pain in my left rib cage. One place is my where my rib meets my sternum above my breast and then with my the lower lower ribs when I breathe deeply or move or use my stomach muscles at all. I have no injury and not any strenuous activity. I am 38 year old female.
