I Have Pain In My Lower Left Abdominal Muscle When

i have pain in my lower left abdominal muscle when I get up from my chair and also when I turn. This could be from straining when going to the bathroom but I'm not entirely sure. It doesn't hurt when I press on it. Should I see a dr? Thank you.
