I Have Pain In The Tubes That Are Connected To

i have pain in the tubes that are connected to my testicles up them up into my body usually after walking or standing up idunno if i could be smashing them with y legs or sitting on them or what i have ben tested for a uti and they said i dont have any type of sti or infection
