I Have Pain On Both Sides Of My Buttock And

i have pain on both sides of my buttock and both upper legs. The pain can be pretty severe when waking up and will subside after awhile then it can flare up again. Recent x rays reveal not much. my spine is pretty straight. The pain level can go from a 1 to a 6 or 7. It has been going on for several month's. I had a colonoscopy several month's ago and they removed a hemroid. While sleeping when i roll over the pain is very bad. It makes it hard to sit up straight and to walk.
