I Have Pain So Bad Across My Lower Back It

i have pain so bad across my lower back it burns, and it's hard to stand and walk...my thing is thobbing in pain also.. i know have have chronic L 4 L5 stuff going on and nerve damage in my leg for years,, but does this mean something else is happening??
