I Have Pain That Goes Down My Right Leg And

i have pain that goes down my right leg and it goes numb sometimes and feel cold same thing with my right arm I do have back pain and has an mri that showed minimal bulges between l3 and l4, l4 and l5, and a diffuse bulge between l5 and s1..but my dr said that is normal. what could be causing these symptoms
