I Have Pain That Happened Suddenly On My Right Sideunder

i have pain that happened suddenly on my right sideunder ribs trouble twisting that way also have had mucus in stools and some blood for over a month had this condition before and it went away i want to get colonoscopy but the pain under ribs[rear]is something new any possibility of pancreas problem?
