I Have Places On Top Of My Head That Are

i have places on top of my head that are always there and vary in swollen with blood to drying up and are increasing also i have had for years and not getting better also nail fungus that i have had for years i do have a thyroid condition i had looked this up before but dont have my information anymore i was wanting to discuss with my doctor but dont know what it was i found out thank you for your help
