I Have Problem In My Right Testes Along Epididirmis Part

i have problem in my right testes along epididirmis part it form the spring like stucture and cause so much pain, im 28 yrs single, when the nocturnal emission take place the pain from that right epididirmis disapper until may be two to three weeks the pain started again when the epididirmis is full, then what the problem?
