I Have Problem On Upper Thigh To Knee. Sensation Occurs

i have problem on upper thigh to knee. Sensation occurs from lower back mainly one side i.e. left to my knee and it worst when i walk or after sitting for a moment and when i walk i takes time to balance myself for walk and also a kit-kit noise comes from my leg. i am not heavy weight.
