I Have Pulled A Muscle In My Side, Can't Get

i have pulled a muscle in my side, can't get a full breath. I am taking meloxicam twice daily, so i don't think i want to take ibuprofin. i imagine i need a muscle relaxer, but i only have norco from surgery last year. if i take one dose, do you think that will help?
