I Have Really Bad Regular Arthritis (already Have Replaced Knee

i have really bad regular arthritis (already have replaced knee and shoulder) and a few days ago severed the rotator cuff on the 'good" shoulder. The doctor is getting ready to give me infusions for the RA after looking at xrays of my hands and feet. any info? I really know nothing about RA.
