I Have Really Fast Flickering Of My Right Inner Thigh

i have really fast flickering of my right inner thigh when i have crossed legs for a while or when i go to sleep. it feels as if something wants to get out. u dont feel any pain, and it doesnt happen when im doing something, being active or anything similar. it happens only when i rest or do nothing. i have a fear i might lose a leg or potency. thaks in advance
