I Have Received Non Reactive Result In HIV Blood Test

i have received non reactive result in HIV Blood test after 75 days? what is the possibility of getting infected by HIV? I had protected sex with the condoms. i am worried, kindly revert is there any need to retest after 15 days & what is the possibility in terms of % of getting again negative result?
