I Have Recently Just Had A Blood Test And My

i have recently just had a blood test and my liver reading come up at 59 is that a concern the main reason I had this as I have had pains in my right side of stomach for about the last month but they come and go very rare to be there longer then 5 minutes at a time. But I have been taken antiflems for the past couple of months due to a knee injury, I had a ultrasound and all was good but they found a mild splin. Woult the antinflems be causing this
