I Have Recently My Skin Smells Like Soapy Laundry Water.

i have recently my skin smells like soapy laundry water. even when i just get out of the shower. what could be the cause. i have tried every kind of soap. it has never happened before. i am 72 years old and my blood work is good except for an elevated white blood cell problem which i was told was due to being on prednisone for polymyalgia.
