I Have Sever Itching,burning And My Right Labia Minor Is

i have sever itching,burning and my right labia minor is swollen... and lumpy. but if i squeeze that you can feel somthing burst almost like a large pimple inside but no head or opening on the outside of my labia minora..

Could this be a yeast infection? i have no odor or discharge
