I Have Several Nodule In My Neck (the One On

i have several nodule in my neck (the one on my right side is 5cm) i had a biopsy and all are not cancer...i have had my TSH, T3 and T4 tests result
tsh= 0.9 (1st one was 0.5)
T4 free = 0.96
T3 free = 2.70

all of my results show very low and my doctor says im within "normal range" but all the research and documentation shows i and hypo (as well as all of my symptoms) can you please tell me before i have my thyroid removed if there is any other options like medication that i can take to put my levels into "optimal" range?
