I Have Severe Foot Pain Along With Ankle And Knee

i have severe foot pain along with ankle and knee pain so bad at times that i cant walk i was told i have knee spurs but the dr has done nothing also my elbows hurt often i have pain from time to time in my right thigh and i wake nightly with muscle spasms
