I Have Severe Osteo Arthritis In 5 Fingers. Can I

i have severe osteo arthritis in 5 fingers. Can i have surgery and get artificial joints to replace the small joints that are fused or defected?
Shall i be able to get movement back and make a fist ?
Is the artificial joint a normal size joint as now my joints are swollen and increased in size.?
