I Have Severe Pain Under My Left Rib Cage, Especially

i have severe pain under my left rib cage, especially when i bend forward. i can also feel the strain on my back , pain and numbness going down my leg and the feeling of bugs running up my legs. sometimes i cant feel any sensation in my leg. What is the cause of this?CloverSealey
