I Have Soft To Hard Lumps Under Skin Some Are

i have soft to hard lumps under skin some are quite painful and pain never goes away.also around tendons in hands .swolen sides o en and at times shooting pain on both sides of first finger on hand. joint pain on hip and can't move it. always lying down hubby has to rub and slowley lift till its staight.
,,at times lying on either side pain will hit the arm like a base ball an i scream. never same side or same pain like a needle or at or any thind punchingnmy body
always below neck ,


like a baseball bat i srart sereaming and thras
