I Have Something That Looks Like A Cist Hanging Out

i have something that looks like a cist hanging out of my vigina. i am 44 and had a hystorrectomy about ten years ago due to endrometrosis. the doctor did leave one ovary in. i also have been having a brown discharge like i did with the endrmetriosis. i have alot of pain in my lower abdomen. i am not sexually active ,and i havent been for 6 years. can u help me i am so worried. thank u, jennifer furches
