I Have Spinal Stenosis, 4 Buldgeing Discs With Bone Spurs

i have spinal stenosis, 4 buldgeing discs with bone spurs on each, degenerative disc disease, and a few more back issues. i broke my back when i was 15, im now 40, had 2 back surgeries cause of an accident i had when i was 15. i fell 175ft into 3ft of water, broke my back, and yes i can still walk. my hand goes numb at times, i drop things for no reason cause it just lets go for no reason. my hand and arm hurt really bad att times, and yesterday my knees hips and the back part of my thigh, right underneath my bottom hurt so bad, it hurts to move, much less sit, non stop. i have about a dime sz knot in the back of my neck right below the base of my skull, lots of miagraines, hard to swalllow at times and sometimes cant get my words out. i know what i want to say it just wont come out. i think i have ALS, my mother says rumathoid arthritus. what do you think, am i just a hypocondriac?
