I Have Stress In My Heels From Last Few Months...i

i have stress in my heels from last few months...i was prescribes sensival 25mg once in a night...i ttok the medicine for a month and the stress gone within a few days but after a month my father demised and now my heels and ankles are again sore n stressed...now a days i am taking 2 sensival tablets at night bt stress is not going anyway
