I Have Swelling In My Lower Half And Dicomfort In

i have swelling in my lower half and dicomfort in my right side as well as shortness of breath. swelling has started in last 3 days elevating makes swelling go down over night but as soon as i stand swelling comes back. urine is dark and way to little for amount of water i drink.
