i have taken an extra r cinex 600 tab today but after 12 hour. i usually take r cinex 600 tab at 12 pm in day and even today i have already taken r cinex 600 tab in day, but accidentally i took an another r cinex 600 tab at 12:30 am in night, what should i do ?
