I Have Tenderness To The Touch On Both Sides Right

i have tenderness to the touch on both sides right below my lowest rib right where it tapers to my waist.
I was on prednisone for this and pain radiating into my hip and the pain went away. now off the prednisone for two days and the pain is back in full force. could this be some type of lymph node issue?
