I Have These Burn Like Slightly Raised Pink Lesions On

i have these burn like slightly raised pink lesions on my face.there are 4 now and they grow in size i went to Dr about hair loss a while back that ive been experiencing and waiting for tests but have realised these lesions are on my scalp and in areas of this hair thinning. im thinking this where they started and didnt realise it sooner as i couldnt see them. i cant find anything on the internet that looks like these marks and my Dr says they are very unusual looking
