I Have This Pain In The Middle Of My Head

i have this pain in the middle of my head that wont go away even with two extra strenght tylenol. i took my blood pressure and got the following readings 157 sys, 92 for dia and 87 for pulse this was taken at 8:10 pm. how many hours should i wait to repeat it again. is this worry some? i mean the numbers and if so should i go to the hospital?
