I Have Three Painfull Under Arm Lumps, It Started When

i have three painfull under arm lumps, it started when i noticed that i had itchy rash on my right arm due to sun scorch, as i sometimes spend long hours working under the scorching sun.I use roll on deodorant more often. what could be the cause of the lumps? How can they be treated or what medication can i use ?
