I Have Throbbing Aching Pain In My Stomach Area And

i have throbbing aching pain in my stomach area and right right stomach is protruding. had two back surgeries last year back to bak thebfpfirstnone took out three disks and replavedvwith spavers. the second straightened spine. when i woke up the stoach was shaped fpdifferenttle and protruding. habe had constipation issues. colon seems to be floating. had gall bladder removed. helped alot but issues are returing.
