I Have Thrush ( Basically Jock Itch ) In The

i have thrush ( basically jock itch ) in the groin it reeks of a fishy smell ( or vagina) and i've noticed that the smell is also happening in my armpits. my understanding is its a problem cause by wetness , moisture in the areas . its not even summer i shouldn't be having this issue atleast not yet its not close to being hot outside yet. What are some things i can do without a script to get rid of this problem. i've tried soaking in epsum salt baths . but as with anything i've never really kept up with 2 times a day soak.
