I Have Tingling Of The Right Foot With Numbness That
i have tingling of the right foot with numbness that sometimes feels like an uncomfortable tight sock
my foot is warm & normal in color, i am able to walk & stand with no trouble.
keeping my foot elevated helps a little but for a short time .............. is there anything i can do until i see my MD?
