I Have Trouble Focusing, Im Currently Working Full-time And Going

i have trouble focusing, im currently working full-time and going back to school full time as well. i cant sit down and study, im unable to focus on my work and often end up falling asleep. is there anything that i can do about this, i know im ADHD i constantly pace around the house and cannot sit still
