I Have Type 2 Diabetes Since Last 2 Years I

i have type 2 diabetes since last 2 years i am 36 and i take metfirmin1gm sr thrice a day but it dosent seem to control my sugar level i am quite over weight but i do my walks everyday for 45 min and diet is more or less under control even then my fasting result is 122 and pp is 192 please suggest what need to be done
