I Have Upper, Left Side Back Pain Under My Shoulder

i have upper, left side back pain under my shoulder blade and pain thru my side to my upper abdomen. under ribcage. pain worsens with movement. i feel constant need to urinate but dont have to go. i have recently had sciatic pain. breathing is fine my chest does not hurt either no numbness in extremities iitook 50 mg of Tramadol at 630 no relief pain is 8 or 9+
