I Have What Feels Like A Bone Sticking Up At

i have what feels like a bone sticking up at my wrist on the left hand a little off center towards thumb on top. has pain every now and then mostly when hand is bent back with pressure on it. I can move the wrist all directions most of the time with no pain. what could this be?
